Someone was getting fussy during clean up time, so threw her in a high back carry in the diy mei tai.

And Little Miss was so good to let me finish all the dipping without interruption. She watched Sesame Street on the laptop netflix and munched on puffs.

All done! And I fashioned a disposable serving tray from the bottom of a box covered in foil. I'm always forgetting my dishes at people's houses. This way there's no worries.

Making pumpkin choc chip cake truffles for a Day of the Dead sugar skull decorating and Hallwoeen party that we're all going to tomorrow.

Twice now, she's fallen back to sleep crawling towards me during nap.

Here's more of the secret crochet project. I ripped it out and started over with a smaller hook and one strand of yarn. The first one was just too bulky.

So, I'm knitting and I look down to see that Little Miss's arm has escaped her shirt. First time she's ever done that. I shoulda seen it coming. She does, after all, pull and push her arms through sleeves while getting dressed and undressed now.

Knitting slippers for Kate, just need to bind this first one off, then it's on to the next.

As long as she's not in it, she loves it.

My friend, Jennifer, just dropped off some embroidery hoops for me. Now I can get hopping on embroidering and sewing my mei tai! Ugh, too many projects! Mo blanket and costume, my costume, mei tai and slippers for Kate. My head is spinning.

Little Miss and I were playing with her toys and I explained that they are all friends and watching TV... even the green crochet coaster and that even though he doesn't have a face, he's a person too.

Boots Are Done, Dude.

Knit boots for Morgana. (Oh! Baby Baby Booties pattern) I upped the needle size to 8 for her foot size, she's 9 months.

If you want to play in my lap while I knit, it's really, really okay... because I love you so and always enjoy being close to you. In fact, I feel like something's wrong when we're apart. (9 months)
