I have figured out a way to do mobile posts with wordpress, since blogger doesn't recognize my wireless carrier anymore for some reason.
So, let's try it, huh? Visit my new wordpress blog!

Lots Of Pictures!
(I doubled some pictures here that were in the previous post, but I don't want to take them out, lol.)
Only one day after making him, our poor snowman's face melted off.
Last week, my sweet friend, Christy, came over for our monthly Taco Bell lunch and brought some gloves for Little Miss and some candy.
Little Miss had bow hair for bed one night. It happened mostly by accident, then I finished it ip to really look like a bow.
We had an abundance of a variety of Snack Pack puddings. They were 10 (4 packs) for $10. My husband went gaga. So, I made Mo some pudding pops. Frozen peach yogurt too!
Little Miss got her first pedicure!!! I painted her toenails a melony peachy orangey color. She picked the color herself out of a choice of three that I gave her. They are SOOOO cute!
This week I painted holly and Santa nails!!! I love how fun the Santa is.
Letting her play with this doll while I make it might've been a mistake. She's in love. Luckily, she doesn't ask for it unless she sees it. Here's hoping I can hide/wrap it when it's done without any drama.
Hey! I realized that when Santa's upside down he looks kinda like a sock monkey. Heehee.
Morgana and I had a sleepover at Nana and Papa's Saturday night. Here she is watching Auntie Ashley play kids games on her laptop. She watched contently for, I think about an hour!
On the way to grocery shopping Monday, Mo fell asleep in the car (?!?! She never falls asleep in the car anymore). I put her in the sling, but she woke up as I did. Still, she cuddled me all the way into the store, but asked to get down once we went into the restroom. Then, before we left the restroom, she asked, "Cuddoo me?" So, I put her back in the sling and she played cuddle bug for about 20 minutes until she wanted down.
I really, really wanted to knit something that required a 42+" circular needle. I did not have one, nor could I afford to buy one. Boohoo! But, while looking for ways to make my own knitting cable on the internet, I stumbled across the words 'weed whacker'. So, I turned this...
...into this!
It worked out much better than I anticipated! I thought I would need to use tape, but the cord is the perfect size to screw into the needles! It makes a thread on the cord as it's screwed in too, so they stay in snug. And, since my circular needles are all part of the same interchangeable set, this cording will work for all of them! I may never have to buy another circular cable!
I didn't realize how long Little Miss's hair is getting!
Little Miss and I had a picnic lunch in the living room today.
I always wondered where carts on the side of the road went.
Just a random and totally cool picture of ice crystals on my ice cube tray.
The only other things that happened today are that Teen Miss offered to pay me to do acrylic nails on her as she wants a tad longer nails to accomodate nail art. I don't really enjoy doing acrylics, not even my own, but I do it because I want nice nails. But, I know that she really wants them... and I would love to have a little spending money (with whatever is left over after replacing supplies).
I also shaved Stu's head.
He got his review at work today and found out that he may not get the raise that his boss's boss was working on, because the boss's boss is leaving and hasn't given any paperwork to anyone for it. Cross your fingers!
Little Miss and I hung out in my room in the afternoon and evening. She watched Follow That Bird and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and played around on the bed as I was working on some "secret stuff", as I call it around here.
Little Miss also ate all her chicken at dinner! Which wasn't a lot, but she almost never touches it. And, when she does, she only eats one bite so she can get a treat.

Toes, Nails & Dolls

Today was slow going to get the day rolling. I've barely even worked on Morgana's Lalaloopsy. I packed a small suitcase for Morgana and I for tomorrow. Her and I have a sleepover at Nana & Papa's (my mom and dad) once a month. I look forward to it about as much as Morgana does.
We've been getting a lot of packages delivered the last couple days. Christmas is coming! Yay! All I know is I'm SO glad we did all our Christmas shopping online. I went to Walmart the other afternoon, right before dinner, for diapers, wrapping paper and tape. There were three or four times more registers open than usual and every single one of them was rediculously long. The rest of the store was fine, but the lines were awful.
Ugh. As I sit here trying to remember what we did the rest of the day today, I'm having a hard time remembering. Must be because it's so late and I fell asleep with Morgana for an hour when I put her to bed. Oh well, at least I managed to post tonight. =)
Oh! I just remembered. I'm on a path to lose some weight. I have set a goal and a reward for myself. I want to lose about 50 lbs. and my reward will be a haircut and a hair color. I did really good today, but blew it after dinner by having a brownie. Tomorrow is a new day. This is a bit hard to do, but I'd like to post pictures of my progress, maybe once a month. Maybe being public with it will give me more drive to keep with it. Here's the first one... >.<

Tuesday
Here's a picture of Little Miss this past summer at the rec center. She had climed into a locker. It was her first time swimming. She was pretty upset for a while, but then started having fun...
I spotted the girls cuddling on the couch yesterday.
Morgana and I made her first snowman today!
Awwww, kiss the shnowman!
Little Miss was wearing her Baby Snowman in her mei tai baby carrier today.
Oh! I'm getting SO close to finishing the crocheted Lalaloopsy doll for Morgana's Christmas! I'm so excited!
Stu had to go in this morning for an emergency root canal. He seems to be recovering just fine. I'm glad it went well for him.
Morgana has been having trouble with her sleep again. She fell asleep nursing tonight, but then went to roll off me and woke up wanting to nurse again. She didn't get back to sleep until almost 10 pm. She goes to bed at 8. Her sleep patterns are so sporadic. I don't know what to do. Hopefully it's just a milestone snag and it'll pass soon.

Monday 12/10/12
Here's my progress on the Lalaloopsy doll for Mo for Christmas! I'm so excited! I hope I can get it done in time. I had a custom order for my Etsy shop to get done so my customer could have it before Christmas.
Our Friday craft was a paper chain in white and red to resemble a popcorn and cranberry garland. Thanks to GGma (my grandma) for the idea!
Our paper chain in the front window. Which inspired me to do this...
Crochet popcorn and cranberry garland!!! You can buy the pattern here or on Ravelry! Sorry for the crappy pictures!
I made sweet potatoe fries to go with our sloppy joe dinner Friday night. They were mushier than I expected, but really good!
Morgana likes to make the Lalaloopsy doll legs walk.
We put up the Christmas tree yesterday. Christmas is going to be so fun with Morgana at this age!
And here's the custom order from someone in my Etsy shop. They saw my Baby Love Mitts pattern and asked if I sell the finished mitts. I said I didn't, but would be glad to do a custom order. Here is a shot of the first one done. This size is 10 months old! So tiny!
We also have got all our Christmas shopping done in 24 hours... online, baby. Plus, we only got gifts for us and the kids.
If I don't post again until after Christmas, Happy Holidays everyone!

Sunday 12/2/12
I made a mini pie from the pumpkin pie leftovers.
...And Morgana loved it!
"Uh oh! Mama! Flahneed Googer!"
"What?! Oh, no, honey. Haha! That's a cobweb."
It was hanging from the ceiling, swinging in the air flow of the house. Maybe I should deep clean a bit more often so my baby isn't freaked out by "flying boogers"?
Morgana and I made a Christmas craft on Friday to hang in the front window of our house. Since it's getting colder and we don't walk to the library anymore, I'm going to try to do a craft with her every Friday.
The finished product.
I made homemade pizza and breadsticks for dinner Friday night.
Here they are! Beautiful, eh?
I filled and painted my nails Friday night. I'm getting much better at doing acrylics.
I don't know. She's just weird.
Rolling dough for peanut butter thumbprint cookies at Nana's yesterday.
Unwrapping Kisses for the cookies.
This is going to be a crochet Lalaloopsy doll for Mo for Christmas. I can show and tell this because she's too young to read, lol.
This is going to be a Christmas present too, but I can't say what or who.
I have totally re-knit my Mama Love Mitts. I duplicate stitched the bright contrast colors on only the back side of the mitt. I think I finally have this done the way I like it. I have the first one done and have started the second. But, these will be on hold now that I have Christmas gifts to make.
