It looks so nice!! I bet it was yummy. What kind of apples? We have an apple tree (granny smith), but it only got one apple on it this year. :( It did grow a lot taller though. Maybe next year..
I think they're golden delicious. We didn't get many apples this year either. A lot fell before they were ripe. Most of the apples I used were still a little bitter. Bur, you can never tell when you put them in a pie! =D
