Lemon Bars

1 c softened butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 c flour
dash of salt
Combine and mix well. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 mintues or until golden brown.
Filling:
4 beaten eggs
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 c sugar
1/4 c flour
Combine flour and sugar. Mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour onto the slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until set. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen 1.5 inch bars.

Those sound yummy. I used to hate lemon desserts, but now I like them. I think I'm turning into my mother. ;P
