Made some peanut butter cookies and dressed them up with candy melts. Our new upstairs neighbors (three college students) were thrilled to get some of these!

Oh Oh Oh, how did you dip them in the candy melts? That sounds so yummy!

I just have the Wilton's candy melts. Melt them up in a bowl, plop a cookie in the bowl and cover it with candy with a spoon. Then, I lift it out with a fork and *gently* shake it to get off the extra. Then, I use another fork to get it off and put it on wax paper.
